Because our perfumes are personal-use items and applied directly to the skin, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once they’ve shipped. This helps us maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and care.
That said, your satisfaction matters deeply. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or you never received it, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a clear photo or explanation of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item as needed.
Cancellations may be requested within 6 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
