Each order is handcrafted and package with care to ensure it arrives safely to you.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order is received.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–5 business days after shipping using standard USPS Advantage Ground service.

We currently ship only within the United States.

Haven’t Received Your Order?

If your tracking says "delivered" but the package hasn’t arrived, here are a few steps that often help:

1. Double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout to make sure it matches your current location.

2. Ask neighbors or building managers if they may have received it by mistake.

3. Wait a day or two. Sometimes USPS marks a package as delivered a little early, and it arrives shortly after.

Once a package leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier (usually USPS). We recommend contacting your local post office directly with the tracking number, they can often provide more detailed info than what’s available online.
