Welcome to Aropothecary. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By browsing, shopping, or interacting with Aropothecary, you agree to the following policies. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help.

1. Product Disclaimer

All Aropothecary products are made by hand in small batches using natural ingredients, including pure essential oils, infused jojoba, and botanical extracts. As a result, slight variations in scent, color, and consistency are normal and part of the artisanal nature of our work.

Our perfumes are for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or mucous membranes. If you are pregnant, nursing, have allergies, or a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before use. Perform a patch test before applying fully, especially if you have sensitive skin.

We follow IFRA guidelines and dilute each blend accordingly, but everyone’s skin is different. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Allergies & Sensitivities

We list all ingredients clearly and use only high-quality essential oils and botanical ingredients. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please review the ingredients before purchasing.

Aropothecary is not responsible for adverse reactions. By purchasing, you agree to use products responsibly and at your own risk.

3. Processing & Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During high-volume times or special collections, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking number when your order ships.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

4. Returns & Cancellations

Because our perfumes are personal-use items, we do not accept returns unless your order arrives damaged or defective. If there’s an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in progress.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product names, descriptions, photography, branding, and packaging — is the intellectual property of Aropothecary. Use of our materials without permission is not allowed.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Any personal information collected during checkout is used only to fulfill your order or communicate with you about it. We do not share, sell, or trade your information with third parties.

7. Wellness Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. They are intended for personal care, scent enjoyment, and ritual use. Any wellness benefits mentioned are based on traditional use and personal experience — not medical claims.
